All IMG projects start with a comprehensive analysis of the existing and potential demand for the services offered in the marketplace, and includes an evaluation of demographics, competitors, industry trends, current or prospective customers, and more.

The Business Opportunity Assessment is critical: it is designed to relatively quickly and inexpensively determine if there is a real need for a new facility or, in the case of an existing facility, if there is room to grow.

Business Opportunity Assessment

Facility Design Concept: develop, with the client, a "program (of needs)" for the facility and translate it, with an architect, into a schematic design needed to provide the services to be offered, then provide a cost estimate

Operating Projections: use IMG's proprietary methodology, develop a facility use schedule, rates and participation estimates, and costs from the IMG data bank to compile year 1 proforma income statement and full financials

Facility Audit: includes building layout review, customer flow study, safety, energy efficiency, and more in order to identify beneficial improvements too the physical plant.

Business Audit: covers the organization and personnel effectiveness, programs and rates, operating policies and procedures, scheduling, liability issues, and more.
