Management Services
IMG offers several management service options that are designed to fit the owner’s requirements.
IMG assumes full responsibility for managing the facility, including personnel, budgets, sales, programming, marketing, etc. Typically, the owner approves the annual business plan and budget, and IMG operates the facility
IMG works closely with the owner to develop the operating plan, and then oversees the day-to-day operations in close partnership with the owner and facility personnel.
IMG works closely with the facility’s personnel in assessing prior results and developing the annual plan and budget for approval by the owner. The owner assumes oversight of the day-to-day operations.
IMG assumes direct responsibility for managing a specified part of the facility operations or a clearly defined project, ie. an energy efficiency plan, food service enhancement, marketing plan, etc.
