Organization & Operating Systems
IMG works with the owner on designing the most effective and efficient personnel structure, set operating policies and procedures, design loss prevention & safety programs, structure financial reports, etc.
Business Plan
IMG works with the owner to detail an operating plan that is readily implementable by the staff. All facets of the business are covered, and each profit and cost center is given its own budget.
